Contribution Over Extraction

The most destructive member in any network is the one who takes without giving. Who shows up to every summit but never makes an introduction, never shares a lead, never puts their reputation behind a recommendation. The Aureus Code requires every member to be a net contributor to the network — giving referrals, sharing knowledge, opening doors for others.

Accountability

When a member makes a commitment in the room — to follow up, to make an introduction, to deliver on something — they are expected to honour it. Broken commitments are not forgotten in a small, close-knit network. They compound in the wrong direction.
